Move-In / Move-Out Inspection

A practical checklist for condition reports, final walkthroughs, keys, utilities, cleaning, and coordination with management.

Inspection Form

Use the move-in/move-out condition report to document the apartment condition. Complete the form with management instructions and keep a copy for your records.
